All SKYWELL passenger cars are covered by an industry-leading 7-year / 100,000-mile warranty* for the vehicle and an 8-year / 155,000-mile warranty* for the battery – providing peace of mind for the road ahead. When you buy a brand new SKYWELL, you get the assurance that you are covered, should anything go wrong.
Engineered To The Highest Standards
Because every new SKYWELL is engineered to our highest standards and produced in our advanced manufacturing facilities in Nanjing, China; Skywell are proud to offer their leading 7-year / 100,000-mile* warranty on all new cars, ensuring from day one, you feel protected should any material or manufacturing defect occur.
SKYWELL Battery Warranty
At JS Holmes, all Skywell high-voltage batteries are protected by an industry-leading 8-year / 155,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), starting from the date of first UK registration. This comprehensive warranty ensures any defects in materials or manufacturing will be repaired or, if required, replaced to restore the battery to at least 70% of its original capacity.
If a repair cannot achieve this capacity level, the battery will be replaced with a new or remanufactured Skywell unit, using only Genuine Skywell parts. Coverage applies only when work is carried out by an authorised Skywell Dealer or Repairer—repairs by third-party centres are not included.
The warranty is also fully transferable to subsequent owners within the coverage period, offering added peace of mind and long-term confidence in your Skywell vehicle’s performance.
SKYWELL Genuine Parts Warranty
At JS Holmes, we work with Skywell, our Dealers, and Authorised Repairers to ensure your vehicle is maintained to the highest standards. That’s why we only use Genuine Skywell Parts and Accessories for all servicing and repairs.
By choosing Genuine Skywell components, you help preserve your vehicle’s performance, safety, and reliability—exactly as it was designed. For complete peace of mind, any Genuine Skywell Parts or Accessories purchased and fitted by a Skywell Dealer or Authorised Repairer come with a two-year warranty*.
If fitted by a third party, warranty coverage is one year, ensuring quality and protection regardless of where you choose to have the work carried out.
