Reserving one of our used cars, or LCV's online could not be easier. All you need to do is take a look through our used car listings from various manufacturers to find your perfect car or van that you want to purchase, filter by make, model, features, budget, and more to narrow down your options, and click the reserve button.
You will then be taken to our trusted 3rd party solution, We use Stripe - a safe, approved, and trusted payment service to manage the Reservation Fee transaction so that you can reserve your car online safely and securely. (To find out more about Stripe, go to www.stripe.com).
Here you can reserve the car and take it off the market for a fully refundable fee of only £99. We will reserve the vehicle for you for 3 days from the date when payment of your reservation fee is confirmed by email.
If the contact can’t be made from the dealership or by the customer after 3 days, the vehicle will be released. The customer needs to contact the dealership with the reservation number, name, and address for a refund to be issued.
When you reserve one of our used cars, we will ensure that the vehicle is available to you, meaning you will not have a wasted journey when you come to take a test drive of your chosen car.
Reserve your vehicle in 4 easy steps!
1. Click the "Reserve It Now" button next to the vehicle of choice.
2. You'll be asked to pay a fully refundable £99 fee.
3. Then a payment confirmation email will be sent directly to you.
4. The vehicle is then reserved for 3 days.

If you decide that you no longer want the vehicle, no problem, we will refund your reservation fee in full.
You can cancel the reservation at any time, and we will refund the £99 in 2-4 working days.
To cancel, simply contact the dealership, just have to hand your reservation number, name, and the vehicle you have reserved to help us identify you.
